Who am I?

I’m Echo (Eunseo) Cho.

When I was little, my grandmother told me a story about guardians living inside objects, protecting us from harm. That story shaped my perspective on design—not just as a tool, but as something that can care for, connect with, and enhance people’s lives.

My passion for creating functional and meaningful products led me to specialize in industrial design, where I applied design thinking to integrate technology with user-centered solutions. At Samsung’s R&D team, I saw the potential in broadening my focus to digital solutions and expanded into UX/UI design. I explored how hardware and software can work together across platforms like AI, IoT, robotics, and mobile devices.

Now, as a Master’s student in Human-Computer Interaction at Georgia Tech, I’m focused on developing intuitive, human-centered solutions for emerging technologies.

I want my designs to resonate with people, infusing magic into their daily lives. By identifying innovation opportunities through empathy and creativity, I craft solutions that are full of depth and meaning. My goal is for people to feel the “guardian” in every design.

Why do I say “hello” so many times?

Because one 👋 just isn’t enough to kick things off!
